Local for vocal

As a child, when we were young, we used to hear that the day when the leash attached to the bull's neck will be removed, then Kaliyuga will begin. At that time it was not even conceivable that agriculture would be possible without oxen. At that time oxen were valued more than Gaumata. On the Teej festivals, along with the cow mother, they used to raid the bullocks with the help of their hands, they used to paint their horns. He was duly worshiped on Deepawali, his quality was tested in the competition of bullocks in the ride of Ghasbhairu in village-village. At that time the farmers were completely debt free. Whether all the work of agriculture, whether it was plowing or watering, removing grain in the fields-barns or loading of goods, all the work was done by their oxen, and in marriage ceremonies, the procession also used to go with oxen. The whiff of the Ghuggru around the neck of the bulls captivated everyone's mind. The women and men of the house also used to travel in bullock carts in the sagad (palanquina) of big moneylenders and Thakur Maharajas. After going to the destination, you can also come sleeping in the bullock cart when you return, because the bulls never forget them once they see the whole way.

Today the sad saga of bullocks is not hidden from anyone. Bullocks are roaming all over the common roads. The eyes of the butchers are fixed on them. The farmer has become a slave to mechanization. All these actions belong to the governments. Everyone knows, but only the greed for money has made them blind. Today the bull is also sad and the farmer is also sad. It is not that the tractor owners are happy, 50 percent of their money is left in diesel, 25 percent in paying the installment of the car, only 25 percent money is left, which also includes many types of taxes and family expenses. The condition of poor farmers who do not have any kind of means is even more pathetic. They are completely subordinate to those resource owners, however high they may charge.

I ask, who benefits from this mechanization? Our Jannayak either does not think like this or never roams in the field. Many, being farmers themselves, do not raise their voice. Or his voice is not heard. Think, if the tractor works in the field, then the smoke will blow the smoke, whether it is carbon oxide or the smoke of money, while the same farming is done by oxen, then the land will be fertilized by their excreta and urine in the field. Bullocks will be harnessed. No bull will go to the slaughterhouse.

Good luck to the Chief Minister of Uttar Pradesh, Shri Yogi ji, who gave Rs.900 to every Gopalak family. Declared to give Why are other state governments behind? Do they not have pity on the plight of the farmers? Giving loans only will not benefit them, but their right back will also be broken. If India is to be made truly self-reliant, then farmers who cultivate with each bullock will get Rs. 1000. The month should be given only for some time, so that they can be encouraged and we can get food, vegetables and fruits produced from organic manure.

Today the governments have made not only the bullocks, but also the farmers incompetent, today someone wants to work hard, whereas the real food donors are only farmers, from whom the entire public is nourished. Even if those working on chairs are called robbers, then it will not be an exaggeration.

If the bulls are saved, then the cow mother will also be saved because the mother of the bulls is her own mother. We say time and again that every father should actually do cow daan along with his kanyadaan, so that the hearth of his house can be run and the family can be nourished with milk, curd, ghee. Today, due to the decrease in the value of bullocks, Gaumata is dying in road accidents on the road every day. Some people call those cows as vagabonds, damn us, if our mother has become a stray, what will we say....?

We had given some formulas to the governments, which are yet to be implemented. Those formulas are as follows-

1. The government should create posts of Gausevaks like teachers in the school and appoint them in every village-village, Dhani-Dhani, who can make the Gaumata roam in the forests during the day and provide fodder and water. Number wise target of Gaumata should also be allotted to them, so that Gaumata can be promoted. Their salary can also be taken from the cow owners in the form of grazing by the panchayats.

2. A house should be established for Gaumata in every village by the name of Dhenuvalaya/Kamdhenu Niwas etc. For this, the old Kanji House can also be used for this. From where the cows should be surrounded, so that no one can give the name of 'vagrant' to the cow.

3. If by mistake, any cow mother walks in a field for fodder and water, then the owner of that farm should arrange to send the cow mother to her residence or inform the Gausevak. If the owner of the farm commits atrocities on the cow mother, he should be punished with severe punishment.

4. The pasture for the cow should be free. There should be a law for fines and punishment for violators.

5. Every gausevak should be trained primarily for cow delivery, milking, cow rearing and proper first aid.

6. Every cow mother should be given a monthly grant of five hundred rupees for the fodder and water of the cows, so that girls running away towards jobs/slavery can be curbed and they can become self-dependent in their home stove and pure milk for their children. be able to provide

With all these measures, there will be cattle promotion, Kamdhenu will give the desired results. Rivers of milk and curd will flow again in our country. Fertilizer will increase in agriculture. hPure food, milk, vegetables, fruits will be available in me and our country will become completely self-reliant India.

Farmer is the god, without whom it would be meaningless to imagine every industry. The raw material of every industry is produced in this earth, in which the farmer has an important role to play, that is why our former Prime Minister Shri Lal Bahadur Shastri ji raised the slogan of Jai Jawan Ki Saath Jai Kisan.

The Prime Minister, Agriculture Minister, Animal Husbandry Minister and Chief Ministers of the State Governments are requested to implement the above suggestions in the direction of making a self-reliant India.

                                                                         .. Vande Mataram.
