International Yoga Day 2021

International Yoga Day 2021
There is a Purana related to yoga practice meditation exercise with the history of India. Just as sixteen rites are important in the life of a human in the Sanatan Hindu culture, in the same way yoga has also been considered necessary for the human body. Just as a balanced diet is necessary for a human being to be healthy, in the same way yoga has also been considered an essential part of a human being.

Although yoga, exercise had kept its obscure place in India, but for the past few years, there is a different type of competition for yoga exercise not only in India but all over the world. The trend of trending on social media has become like a whirlwind and even if it is not, after all, yoga has to be done by any means.

International Yoga Day is being celebrated for the seventh time on 21 June 2021. Not only India but most of the countries around the world are celebrating this day together on the theme "Stay at home with Yoga". Due to the corona pandemic, the importance of yoga has also increased to develop positive energy and immunity.

International Yoga Day is celebrated all over the world on 21st June. In his first address to the United Nations General Assembly on 27th September 2014, Honorable Prime Minister of India, Honorable Narendra Modi took the initiative in such a way that the General Assembly completed 177 out of 193 countries on 11th December 2014 in less than 3 months. Accepted the proposal with support.

Honorable Prime Minister said in the United Nations General Assembly – Yoga is a priceless gift of India's ancient tradition. It is the harmony between man and nature. Yoga symbolizes the balance between the body and mind of a human being. Yoga gives thought, restraint and fulfillment and is beneficial for health. It is not about exercise but about discovering the sense of oneness within ourselves, the world and nature, yoga can help us become a consciousness in our changing lifestyle.

Anyway, according to Indian culture, this day 21 June is the biggest day of the whole year. From this day, the movement of the Sun becomes Dakshinayana and the Dakshinayan date of the Sun is considered suitable for attaining spiritual learning through yoga. That is why June 21 was declared as International Yoga Day.
 So I request you all
"Stay at home with Yoga"
Jai Hind
