- The first tooth brush was designed and made in China in 1498. For the first time, the first model of a modern toothbrush was patented by a king of China.

- In 2008, the multinational company Riorito acquired a mining lease for diamaond mining under Chhatarpur district in the Bundelkhand region of Madhya Pradesh. Announced the start of Diamond Project.
- In 2013, 20 people were killed when a rescue helicopter crashed in Uttarakhand.
